Git & Development Workflows: Practical experience with version control (git), branches, PR reviews, and standard terminal-based developer tools.
Programming Proficiency: Competence in at least one general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python or TypeScript).
LLM Familiarity: Basic understanding of prompts, temperature, tokenization, context windows, and foundational model limitations.
Coding Agent Access: Students are expected to have access to a stateful coding agent (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot Workspace, or equivalent) to complete the hands-on lab exercises.
